Blessing Day

Last Sunday was Lincoln's blessing day. It was a very special day, with Grandpa and Grandma Shirts visiting just for the occasion. Micah gave Lincoln a beautiful blessing and it made me so glad to have such a wonderful, worthy priesthood holder for a husband! The boy was great, not a peep out of him. Lincoln wore the same blessing outfit as Jonah, and we took LOTS of pictures (as you'll see). For some reason, I only have a handful of pictures from Jonah's blessing so I didn't want to make the same mistake.

After church we came home and had some yummy food and took pictures of the family.

Dad and Lincoln
Mom and Lincoln
The 3 big cousins: Kate, Jonah, and Andrew

The Shirts
Our family
The Barringtons
Everyone (except Monica who is looking gorgeous behind the camera)
My three sweeties
(Jonah insisted on posting this "funny face" picture). Wednesday also marked Lincoln's two month mark. His stats:
12 lbs, 6 1/2 oz. (75%)
23 1/2 in. (75%)
Lincoln has started smiling and being awake a lot more. He loves being outside, his swing, being held, his big brother and sister, music (he especially likes to be sung to) and riding in the car. He is sleeping better at night--he prefers sleeping in his car seat, which I wouldn't have done with the other kids, but now I just am thinking that whatever gets us all the most sleep is the best plan. He is our little baby angel!
