Jumping for Joy

Some friends of ours are moving, thus downsizing, and we are the lucky recipients of their trampoline. We'll have to get an enclosure for it, but for now our kids have turned into little jumping beans. Dad doesn't seem to mind it too much, either.

We've been thinking about getting a tramp for a while, so we are all very excited. I can't wait until I have the baby so I can try it out, too. I just hope that we can avoid any serious injuries... As you can tell, by the end of the jumping session, everyone was pretty wiped out. Maybe someday we'll try a sleepover.

That was one of our first purchases after buying our house. But it is out of commission right now after a wind burst blew it into our neighbors garage. I recommend anchoring yours, just in case! I love watching little kids jump. They are so funny!

Micah looks like he is having at least as much fun as the kids! You had better keep an eye on him and make sure he is really going to work in the morning and not just sneaking out to the trampoline to jump!

Hi Shirts family! Apparently I am very slow to stumble onto your blog, but what a nice treat. I can't believe how big your kids are, and congrats on the latest addition. Hope you are doing well!

Darling BLOG. It is so fun to read and catch up with you life. You are such a fun mom. I still can't believe you are a mom.

We LOVE our trampoline. Santa brought us ours last Christmas and it is a great "activity" for all ages. I agree with Joni about anchoring it down. Our's flipped and four of the bars holding the net bent. We had to order new ones. Now we have cement bags holding the legs down. I also agree with you about getting a net. I've seen Sam get "saved" by the net more than once.
