Preschool Christmas Program

Jonah had a Christmas program for his preschool this past Thursday, and it was pretty cool. The entire school was involved...there were angels, shepherds, Mary, Joseph, wise men, stars, and donkeys. So cute. They sang a lot of traditional Christmas songs with actions. Jonah had been practicing very seriously, and even taught most of the songs to Kate. In fact, while he was up performing, she was in the audience singing along and doing the actions right along with him. Some of our favorites: Go Tell It on the Mountain, Away in a Manger, and Silent Night.

As you can see, Jonah played the part of a shepherd.

I couldn't really get a good picture of the whole ensemble, but it was a sight to behold. Here you can catch a glimpse of an unsuspecting donkey (plus a very handsome shepherd).

This is Jonah and his teacher, Ms. Diana, who he really loves. She is great!

Here's Dad with the happy performers. Grandma and Grandpa B. and Uncle Michael came as well. Afterwards we headed to Dairy Queen for a yummy treat. Great job, Jonah!
